Need help with a return?

Email contact.cavrett@gmail.com with your order number and reason for returning the item.

Eligible return requests can be made within 30 days of delivery. For change-of-mind returns, jewelry must be unworn, unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for change-of-mind return shipping unless otherwise required by law. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Please contact us before sending any item back. If approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions. Our public mailing address is not an automatic return authorization.
